  • Once the audit is complete, it's time to work on your marketing department both with your current team or helping you bring in the talent needed for success (in-house, freelance, and/or agencies). Together, we align around a tailored marketing strategy designed to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter most to your business.

    • Team Assessment and Development: We analyze your team's strengths and identify any gaps. Whether it’s training current staff or hiring new talent, I ensure your team is set up for success.

    • Actionable Strategy Creation: Using insights from our deep dive, I develop a strategy that is both data-driven and aligned with your business goals. We'll craft a marketing calendar, allocate budget, and prioritize campaigns that maximize ROI.

    This stage is where the planning turns into action, ready to drive results.

  • Here’s where we hit the ground running. Once the strategy is set, we begin executing in two-week sprints. These sprints allow us to test, analyze, and adjust quickly, keeping you informed every step of the way.

    • Campaign Launch and Management: Whether it’s a quick-win revenue campaign or long-term brand growth, we implement with precision.

    • Performance Monitoring: I track the key metrics, ensuring that campaigns are performing and adjust tactics in real-time based on what the data tells us.

  • Marketing is not static. I continuously assess and optimize your campaigns, keeping the focus on long-term growth and quarterly goals. Your executive team will stay informed and involved as we adjust to market trends and performance insights.

Marketing Strategy Development: $18,000

Sometimes you need a consultation and a go-to-marketing strategy without constant oversight or an implementation team. Following a 2-week preparatory period, I will hold an in-depth, 4-hour Strategy Session for your team to provide focus and direction.

The result: a custom marketing strategy with an immediate marketing “punch-list,” detailed inventory of blind spots, and marketing campaigns for the next 1-6 months.

During the preparatory period, I will:

  • Request asset lists, documents, and examples of past marketing campaigns

  • Collect key performance indicators and goals

  • Start collecting insights from your team on what outcomes or KPIs you want to attribute to marketing in 2024 and beyond

  • Perform necessary market research to make actionable recommendations

On our consultation date, I will join the team on a minimum 4-hour Zoom call consultative strategy session. The outcome of this session will be to:

  • Identify what marketing has and has not worked in the past

  • Clarify the needs for marketing talent

  • Determine the best channels to target potential consumers

  • Produce a prioritized list of marketing campaigns to be executed
